I looked everywhere - from Everett to Puyallup for a place for my sister (Age 65 - early-onset Alzheimer's) We decided on Silverado for many reasons. First, it was warm and welcoming when we arrived. There was a dog hanging out in the light-filled lobby. It's a new facility (just open for three months - Bellevue, WA) and all the staff are wide-eyed and fresh-faced - ready to go. (enthusiastic) They even have a hydrotherapy tub (which was a huge relief because a warm bath soothes my sister like nothing else) She's only been there for a few days but already they are sending pictures of her smiling.

Silverado was referred to us for my grandfather by his doctor. In the short time we were with them, they became family! From The very first call, the guidance on direction and next steps in the entire process to the attention to detail and the love shown of not just another day on the job but truly caring and respecting our pain. Karen, Debbie, Amanda, Annie, Lynett, Daniel, Shannon...the two gentlemen from the medical supply company Eric and Jesus. I can’t thank each of them enough. Thank you all again from the entire Rodriguez family.

I recently placed my wife with late stage Alzheimers Dementia at Silverado's new Bellevue facility. For the last 2 years she had been at another facility in Redmond. I moved her because I was not comfortable with the care and cost that she was getting there. I was attracted by Silverado because it was a new facility and it offered specifically memory care only & no assisted living. When I toured the facility I was impressed by the cleanliness and functionality of the "state of the art" two level building encompassing a beautiful garden/exercise area. I have been impressed by the professionalism of the staff and management and the fact that it is an "all inclusive rate" facility. No points or quarterly reviews! I know that the rate is fixed for at least a year. My wife has put on 7# since her arrival and is very much enjoying the unique philosophy of Silverado to engage the 5 senses of the body. She seems happy and content and at home. So far I am very happy and at ease that I made the change!

No words can describe how much of a blessing it was to find a place for my Mom who was so young and still very social when she got her diagnosis. To have a whole facility dedicated to Memory Care is fabulous. Erin, Karen, Sheila, Cate and all the other wonderful staff are so caring and compassionate. Over the years they never cease to amaze me and how they handled Covid was superb. Silverado is 6 stars!!!

Hi my experience with Silverado is wonderful l work for this company more than 10 years. This Company is my Family.

I tried my best to find the perfect place for my husband who had dementia. This is the best, the staff is wonderful, caring, he thrived there. He was engaged in all activities which I never expected him to do. The Chef Don does an amazing job, catering to each residents food choices, Maria and Jaclyn are the best. Jaclyn is the social worker and she truly cares about her residents, it shows on her face. FaceTime visits and patio visits were always arranged so we could at least visit since with Covid I couldn't go in. I love how they got him flower arranging, cooking, and seemed happy. I have nothing bad to say, it is the best.

No words can describe how amazing the Silverado staff has been to my father and me. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts!

My mom and I moved my father into Silverado Newport Mesa a few weeks ago. I waited to write this review until I could see how he transitioned throughout the entire process. Now that he has been there for one month, I can say with even more certainty, this was the right decision, at the right location! While this is never an easy process for anyone, I can't write and share enough positives about Silverado, and the team they have in place. Lourdes has been an incredible administrator, showing guidance and direction from the moment we met her. Most special of all to me...she made sure my mom was cared for and loved on, even though she wasn't moving in, but her husband was, as he moved out of the house they'd shared together for nearly 50 years! Christina and her passion for my dad's well-being were evident from day one. Her constant communication has been a source of great comfort for my mom! Breanna, and the medical team of care-givers have been nothing but patient, caring, supportive, and kindhearted. I wish I could remember more names, and include them of others we’ve seen so far on visits, they’ve all been fantastic! The most special part of Silverado is they’re a team, they’re all about making sure their residents are treated well and loved on as if they were their own family, and Silverado is now becoming our own extended family. Silverado was the first location we checked out, and as we investigated other facilities after, we ended up comparing everywhere else to this location, and nobody else came close. If I could give 6, 7, or 11 stars I would, because they’ve earned it!
