The support at Shock Hosting is outstanding! They are always happy to answer my questions. They are very knowledgable. The hosting I have with them has never failed.

I have a server with them in their Netherlands location, I've had no downtime in the 6 months I've been with them and support is always very fast and reliable!

top hosting, im using their reseller hosting with WHMCS addon. decent speeds, litespeed on all accounts by default and love the new NL servers.

Great service! I used to talk to the CEO of Shockhosting, which then led to me moving over all my websites to them. Needless to say, I'm satisfied with the past two years of service from their side, the issues never went over my head and I was always able to almost instantly get it resolved by contacting their customer support. Currently working on another website, certainly going to use Shockhosting for that as well!
