I loved this service! Sending 50 lbs of my stuff to my destination...best travel experience I've ever had, hands down! Having just a very small carry on and my purse simplified the process and I wasn't exhausted when I arrived. You don't realize how many times you have to move your suitcase when flying.

My bike case was delivered in tact, no abusive handling and thus no damage. Additionally, arrived earlier than expected. The cost was very good. I will be using Ship and Play regularly.

We were planning a trip to Spain and Portugal for 2 weeks. We used Ship and Play to send a suitcase to Spain, The suitcase arrived early to the destination. The day before our trip I came down with Covid and was unable to travel. Ship and Play made arrangements to have my suitcase returned with no problem. The customer service was extremely professional and we received our suitcase from our destination. We are very grateful for the accommodation of getting our suitcase returned. Very pleased with Ship and Play
