It was communication from day one. All I had to do was receive preprinted luggage tags and place them on my luggage’s and wait for pick up…..Also, the online was easy for this none technical 68 of age senior!! Not sure why more people do not use this services. It is cheaper than airlines fees and extremely convenient. I travel often at least every 60 days and will never check luggage again at the airport…

I have used ship sticks to ship clubs, suitcases and even the odd box of golf related goods. Was thrilled to find they have an associated company which will basically ship anything for you at competitive prices! It will be the first place I go to check on shipping prices. You are still using FedEx or UPS but with a concierge service on top! No brainer!!

My shipments were timely. The only issue I had was that whenever I made a change to my shipping reservation, I was issued a new account and tracking numbers. So if you don't have any changes and you plan in advance so that you can get your welcome packet and shipping labels in time, the rest was a piece of cake.

I appreciate that my bag arrived on time. I do wish there was a way to know when my bag would be picked up so it wouldn’t sit outside all day in the rain , snow , or a high traffic area and risk getting stolen. I’m really happy there was no damage to my bag. I fly frequently and my bags are always getting damaged and broken through the airlines. Can’t wait to use Ship & Play again !
