We have a fantastic HE, Marco Avila, who goes above & beyond in helping us achieve business goals. He makes it easy for us to make a request by deftly navigating a tricky internal hierarchy at Shipmonk. He acts as a project manager on the inside by navigating the needs & QC requirements of the Mexico warehouse while delivering results in a timely manner.

Onboarding process is not easy at all for the beginners as me. I would not be able to complete the integrations and set the account without the professional help and support of Shipmonk team. Especially I greatly appreciate a very professional, friendly and responsive person Mr. Fernando Acuna. He made me feel super comfortable and happy to be with ShipMonk. He was always there to help!
