As a Silicon Valley startup, we were founded on the belief that a connected device and data plan is a right, not a privilege, and that every eligible household deserves the right to be aware of and to take advantage of a fully subsidized zero-cost wireless plan. I've been using Sequoia Wireless for two years and have never had any issues with service, connectivity, or speed. I've never needed to contact customer service. I'm very pleased!

Scary entrusting your communications with anyone, especially with all that’s going on in the world. But Sequoia Wireless are true professionals. They know how to send signals, I appreciate the coverage when I am a tad lost and need prompted instructions, which they do. My connection seems to be improving daily, this company must seriously invest in their infrastructure and staff. It’s almost magical. Their support staff seem to know exactly what to do to fix my problems. As someone with a cognitive memory condition, the extra assistance at times is GREATLY appreciated as without proper aids i cannot function at my optimal so it’s lovely to have finally found a provider who truely cares about network importance Keep up the amazing work!! 🙏❤️🌈
