I have always had positive experiences with Sephora in their stores and ordering online. I’ve only ever had to return one product and they did it easily with now questions asked. I like that you can try the products in the store and they are not high pressured sales.

Linda was 5☆! I am a real customer (bought foundation and eye liner). I am very fair and she knew exactly the best product 4 me since she is fair skinned. And she is so genuine and nice! I will return for sure. Thk u Linda! I finally have the foundation I have been looking for.

Mi sono recata oggi nello stores in stazione centrale a Milano per cercare dei fazzoletti di carta , sapevo di non trovarli ma ci ho provato perché era il posto più vicino e mi partiva il treno . Ho chiesto ad una commessa e lei mi ha gentilmente indicato la farmacia ma io non avevo il tempo di andarci !!! Sara , questo è il nome della commessa , invece di girarsi dall’altra parte ha capito la mia difficoltà e mi ha prontamente dato qualche velina che loro usano per le clienti dicendomi” se la possono aiutare “ Si Sara mi hanno aiutato ed io dico a Sephora di tenersele strette risorse così !!!!!!
