timely response to receipt of requested document.

I have been with Self Storage 1 for a long time and have always utilized the autopay. The computer system kicked me off and they contacted me immediately to let me know that i had a payment due and because it wasn't my fault they waived the late fee and gave me a 2 month discount for any inconvenience. Great Service!!

Nice, friendly staff! Especial thanks to my receptionist Norma for very fast, good service.

I've been renting out storage space at this facility for a few years now and the service and professionalism of this staff has been excellent since day 1. They are friendly, helpful, and keep the place looking clean. Great staff.
