Sauna took a long time to come in but the company communicated an accurate timeline. Every time I asked a question, it was answered within 48hrs. Sauna was packaged great for shipping. Set up was pretty easy and sauna works great. Would/will definetly reccomend.

Select Saunas service was fine, but still don't have my sauna delivered. Your LTL delivery service (TForce in Syracuse, NY) still has it sitting in their warehouse and hasn't delivered it yet.

Great product with the best price around. Shipping was fast and everything arrived in perfect condition. It also arrived exactly as estimated during checkout. Only criticism would be that there was no communication between the order confirmation and the trucking company calling to schedule delivery several weeks later.

The product is great, the installation instructions could be better. Some elements need a more detailed description or photos, especially the installation of the door!

The sauna and heating unite are great. I have the 2-person barrel sauna. It was delivered on time and I, almost always, found the instructions adequate for the task. There are some suggestions, however, I think important: 1. It is important to emphasize, bold text and highlights, to remove and "thread" the heat sensor from the heater. My electrician overlooked this detail and it was a major issue to reach under the installed unit, remove tiny sheet metal screws, unwind and then thread the heat sensor, and finish the job. On the good side, when the sensor was still packaged inside the box, and I turned the unit on to see if it worked, it turned off within about 2 minutes...obviously because the sensor was on duty inside the box and forced the unit to shut down. The issue is important and attention should be highlighted. While you are at it, replace the tiny little sheet metal screws with connectors that an adult can handle. There is no need for the screws to be so small. Better instructions about extending the steel bands holding the unit together would also help. I figured out that the bands had to be moved through the connector ends because I am a sailor and understand standing rigging with turnbuckles....many DIY purchasers would simply think that the bands were too short. First use went very well. I am happy for the purchase and my wife is thrilled. Richard Douglass Tawas City, Michigan 48763
