Working with the team at SeamlessChex has been a great experience. The have a team that is very fast and always online to handle accounts and merchant issues. If you’re looking for a reliable, professional, and genuinely helpful payments partner, Seamless lives up to the name. Highly recommend.

After working with a number of companies prior to our relationship with Seamless, I can say that hands down Seamless Chex has been by the best that we have worked with. We work directly with Doug, and he has been outstanding every step of the way. No matter the question or issue—regardless of the time—he is always available and responds immediately. He is always going to bat for us. Working with seamless and Doug has helped our business immensely. Doesn't matter if its a weekend or holiday, if I have an issue or need help with something Doug is always ready to help. The relationship we have with Seamless and especially with Doug, our business has been able to grow exponentially

Year 2 with Seamless chex now. Absolutely zero complaints, we’ve had the best pricing at seamless, the best experience and care. Doug truly cares about his clients. I could have a question on a Sunday at 10pm and he’ll answer. I also have countless friends working with them too who have the same experience I do. So rare to find a company so transparent in this industry Could not rate them any higher and I’ll never take my business elsewhere.

Hey by far hands down I got to say their customer service is pretty on point. I was concerned about a payment I was supposed to receive today and I received it before I was told I was going to. On top of that I was able to talk to a customer service representative that was a human and in most cases you're not able to do that anymore in this day and age. Not understanding why there's a warning sign on them with trust pilot considering the fact that I had no problems whatsoever and if there is a problem with anybody that has an issue with them there is a phone number that you can call and it is real. These guys are great as far as a payment company they're pretty fast and prompt and I got to say the customer service is on point.

Been with Seamless since July now, Doug is the best you will ever come across, the best rates, the best response times and a truly 'seamless' experience. Other processors have been deceptive before but Seamless have been the best. Will continue to do business with them for as long as i'm alive.
