Order was processed and shipped lightning fast, couldn't be happier.

I placed my order online through their website, which was very simple. I drove directly to the store, expecting it to be ready to be picked up immediately. Obviously when I got there, it wasn’t ready yet because it is only been about 30 minutes. After talking to the workers at the customer pick up station they said that they would do everything they could to get my order picked for me immediately. so I only had to wait about 15 minutes. What awesome service. What a great team you guys have I really appreciated it. I tried to leave them a tip because of the great service and they said they couldn’t accept one. So I threw it in through the doorway and walked away. Great bunch of guys you have working there. I was at Cabela’s and I was going to buy the same fish I was at Cabela’s. They didn’t have it in stock and they didn’t seem very excited to have a customer spend money there. I am glad I made the drive to Scheels so much better customer service, and Cabela’s in Rogers.

I received my rod and reel for ice fishing correct as ordered....and I was delighted to receive it faster than advertised. And free shipping!

It's was awesome. It's has everything you need like fishing, hunting, and sport activities.
