Works for me like a spam filter never did
The key is to invest a little in getting it right - my spam has dropped by at least 85% and more usefully, those important but not urgent emails get collected for a quick glance at the end of the day, instead of interrupting me during my peak performance hours.

Complete Coverage Review
Messages are put in their place prior to me reviewing my inbox. This saves a lot of time but yet leaves the important messages I need always accessible. Quickly move important messages back to your inbox from new clients or vendors with ease. Highly recommend to someone who deals with a lot of messaging and does not have time to deal with creating their own custom filters.

I really really like Sanebox
Just having my emails sorted into importance so that when I glance at email on my smartphone out in the field I am not overwhelmed is worth having this product. I know there is a lot more I can do with it and I plan to dig into it and make it really work for me.

Now an essential for me
Everyone raves over Sandbox's smart filtering. That is great, but the feature that I use the most is the reminder feature - bcc Sandbox on an email with a special easy syntax, and the message will get boomeranged back into your inbox if the recipient doesn't respond within the time set by your syntax. That has really helped clean up OmniFocus for me.
