I had 5 by-pass surgery in 09/2022 ,was currently enrolled in cardio re-hab physical therapy from 10/22 to12/31/2022. After our company moved to Sana in 2023 , we did not have cards for the new year , most of our doctors will not sign up with a new insurer , we did not receive Sana pay cards in a timely manner , and now my cardio re-hab is under review as if it is not necessary ! My cardiologist thinks it is ! Sana sucks !

the rep I spoke to was very kind. The problem is that one of the medications I am currently prescribed is not formulated. 1st - Nurtec - I have already tried to alternatives and neither of them work for me. Nurtec is the only one that has any affect on my migraines and that is when I take it every day, but, since it is not formulated, I will just have to "deal" with my atypical migraines thanks for nothing.

There are several of my doctors and offices that do not take this insurance for reasons of it being difficult and they are not in network.

I did PT on my shoulder for several weeks, all within the network my main GP was on. For some reason they wouldn't accept your insurance so you worked with them to sort things out. That experience was fine, but when it didn't work, and payer compass took over, it went down hill. A year later and I am still getting collection notices, it's hurt my credit, and it's very disheartening.
