I'm giving 4 stars simply because I believe in the cause and support your efforts. The ordering menu felt clunky and unresponsive. I thought I finished my order only to be prompted to complete it the next day. I was worried about duplicate orders. I received one package and I was only charged once so it's all good. No duplicate orders. I haven't tested the order yet but I'm not familiar enough to offer helpful criticism. My only point of advice: please invest in a more intuitive ordering system, but thank you for being around to serve us.

Some complications in the ordering process, but after sorting things out I'd give these guys 4 stars. Quality product had fun under the stars with my friends, would us these guys again.

I've yet to buy anything yet. Full disclosure. But I think communication is important, however I get that the owner of this bannered domain is likely run ragged in life. A little legal deagle slangle salviigle? Yea right. Not my chair, not my problem. But what is, is that I gotta make sure that I'm going to actually get a package, and I know you read these reviews, you ;) I'm likely to dump 150$ for products to be shipped to Florida. And from what I see here, people get their packages. They just dont get the expected level of one on one chatting like they get with their weed or acid guy so they're busting your nutteroni's I'm after kratom and salvia. And having it shipped to Florida. That's literally all I give a flippant hookie dookie about. So I'm making a pre-eminent review that i will update once i purchase then receive product. Other wise if I wait 3 months and finally accept I've been ripped off, I'll dismantle your domain hosted site or otherwise whatever ip and even your physical mailing address, from the deep web block data back out to the clear. I gave SalviaExtract.com 1 star out of 5 originally because I couldn't get them to communicate with me at all. I think it should be standard business practice to send a confirmation email when someone orders from you. They did not do this and it made me worry I screwed up with the order or something went wrong. I called them many times(forget about getting someone on the phone) and emailed. Never got a response until I left a bad review here. Seemed like I got a response pretty much right after I posted the review here. Well, I said I would amend this review if they would just send me a confirmation email and they finally did. I've had their product before and it's quality, I was never really worried about that. It's their communication that needs a little work. They should set it up to where you get an auto confirmation when you order something. Just my 2 cents. I'm used to getting some kind of email or acknowledgement of an order from literally every legit website that I order anything from. Shouldn't be too much to ask. They would've got 5 stars instead of 4 if they had just done that. Maybe they're really freakin' busy or something...I don't know...
