Customer service is great. A few issues with livestock arriving dead or not lasting more than a couple hours, but they remedied the situation immediately. I will return to shop from this site.

Had trouble entering the two coupon codes online as their system did not appear to allow it. I used their chat feature and their person manually adjusted the order for me. I've found Saltwaterfish.com's specimens to mostly arrive in good shape and thrive.

The only complaint is to be careful with the frags - some of them are extremely tiny when you get them lol everything eventually grows though

I have always had good experiences with Saltwaterfish.com. My fish have always arrived alive and survived the shipping and acclimation process...same with corals. My only complaint is that they charge a packaging fee. This fee along with shipping charges makes the price point non-competitive with local vendors.

All the fish come healthy if one comes DOA they will give you your money back I’ve been shopping with them for over a year only problem I see is sometime they don’t give you the right size fish on the description I think that’s very important when you’re buying a fish for a small tank when it says under an inch it should be under a inch not two inches other than that it’s a great place to shop
