My order of fish died wirhin the first day got money back but half that money goes to shipping for New order. Ugh

I was not able to talk to a real person. I called during normal business hours. I had a few questions to ask. It would of been nice to get my questions answered. Other then this issue every thing else was fine.

Fished seemed ok goby was out of control in the bag they sent him havent seen him for hours so im pretty sure he didnt make it

Most of the items I received were diseased, skinny, or so small that they disappeared when I put it in to my tank. My freebie Naso Tang was not moving at all in the bag and was barely breathing when I started acclimating it. It died within two days and I wasn’t happy when I was told that it wasn’t backed by the garuntee policy. I spent an extra $70 for a freebie that isn’t garunteed? Nowhere did it say that they weren’t garunteed. The green mandarin I received died a few days after and I am still waiting for a response. Prices were fair on most things, but the condition of the fish and inverts aren’t the best. Customer service was fairly helpful.

only gripe I have so far is when you offer a free fish there is no description of the size. You might want to add that into the description.

The shippment came promptly. I was worried to see how little water there was in one of the bags that contains a larger fish. I thought it was dead. I have them for less than 24 hours, so we shall see. I ordered 25 hermit crabs and 25 snails for $40.00 and was disappointed to see how small they are. Half of them are not moving. I’m still waiting to see if they are just hiding in their shells or if they are dead.

The website very nice. Best one I have seen. The reviews I have seen are not very good. That worries me. I have order from them once before most livestock was good. I did have one blennie that was so small it did not make it. I just do not want that to happen again. Hoping for the best.
