The site is great and easy to navigate. They had the best price for the rug I was searching for. Haven't yet purchased so unfamiliar with the process. So far so good.

Love the site and the choices but if you choose to return an item don't bother, the shipping costs outweigh the purchase price.

Customer Service via chat was very responsive. Love the variety of rugs available.

Compared to other online rug sites, Rug Studio has a very good selection and an easy to use filter. However the filter made me miss the perfect rug! (I found it anyway by specifying a brand I found on another website...) I can't say anything about Rug Studio's sales and service because I haven't ordered yet. I do plan to order several rugs from Rug Studio.

I really can't rate well since I haven't gotten the rug yet... but like the variety of rugs and am hoping it will look great in my living room!

They have the lowest price advertised on a rug that I have been looking for a while. Great customer service as well. Will definitely do business with them!

I have not had much experience with the company yet but they have a great selection of rugs!
