Was disappointed when I could not receive the 20% off that I thought I could. I ordered this time, but last time I went through J C PENNY and they placed a somewhat larger order on items for us. Karla was quite nice to deal with and we are appreciative. MR W

Though I ran into trouble ordering from …
Though I ran into trouble ordering from the website (it would not allow me to use a coupon code but did not explain the reason), I was given a mechanism to send an offline request for help that was timely responded to. The person assisting me was very helpful and resolved the problem to my satisfaction.
