I want to thank the group at reliance tax for all the help with my tax problem, I was with another company for two years with no results. Reliance solved my tax problem in five months. Thank you Reliance and everyone that help me.

I was totally stressed trying to figure out how to handle my IRS tax debts from my small business. After hearing all kinds of horrible stories about the IRS I really needed help. I had spoken with many different companies in reference to my situation with no relief in site. At least that is what I thought, it wasn't until one late afternoon when I called Reliance Tax Group and spoke with a real live person (Jason) that is when I actually felt as if I could relax. He was professional and extremely polite . Never once did I feel intimidated like I had made a terrible mistake that couldn't be rectified. After telling him my story he immediately offered me help. Within a few days I was contacted by Elizabeth who worked with me diligently to get my tax problem resolved. We corresponded day in and day out sometimes during evening hours and over the week end, she was determine to get my tax problem resolved and she did in a short period of time. I went from paying $2600 per month to paying only $100 per month. Elizabeth even helped me to set up pre-payments so that I don't fall into this situation in the future. I strongly recommend this company because of their professionalism knowledge and determination to get your IRS problem resolved. Not to mention their cost is also affordable.Thank you deleen for always taking my payments over the phone.

After MANY sleepless nights and days of worry and stress, I realized that my tax issues were more than I could handle on my own. I talked to several companies before calling Reliance Tax Group, but always felt like I was being pressured and scared into signing with them immediately. This was not the case with Reliance Tax Group. From the very first time I called, Jason calmed my fears and answered any and all questions I asked. I hung up from that first call feeling hopeful for the first time in months. Elizabeth was the one that took my case after I decided to use them, and she is AWESOME! She responded to every phone call or email quickly, and if she ever sensed I was getting nervous or worried again from an email I sent, she would call me and put my mind at ease again. Elizabeth quickly went to work setting up an agreement I can live with and I am happy to say that my tax problems are settled and I can once again live without constant worry and fear. THANK YOU RELIANCE TAX GROUP!

Reliance Tax Group helped my elderly father and I with a long painstaking process of making a plan and putting that plan into action. They followed up constantly with us and helped at every turn.

Hi Jason, I just wanted to tell you how thankful I am to have hired you and your team to represent me in my very delinquent tax situation. When they placed the levy and removed all the money from my accounts I felt helpless and also very frustrated with this whole situation. I had previously hired a tax resolution company and they basically took my hard earned money and never did anything to help me with my situation. I'm sorry if I seemed upset with you for letting this happen. I know that the BR attorney really put me/us in a bind with the way he was trying to help me work this problem out. Please share this with the ones on your team that stepped up to the plate and hit a home run for me, especially Elizabeth for spending long hours that one evening helping me get the information you needed to get this problem resolved in such a timely manner. I know she work very late that evening and she was very helpful in assisting me with all the documents you needed to turn this around. This tax problem has really made me feel helpless and scared of the consequences for a longtime now. I'm sure I can budget the installment fees once we come to that part of this process. It was also a huge relief when I found out that you run a Christian based organization to help people when they are in desperate need for assistance in cases like my own. If you ever have a client that may doubt what you can do, let them know that you have someone that can tell them how good you are at what you do. Again, thanks for a job well done!!

Openly, I was skeptical of the value of the services early in the process. Additionally, two close associates communicated to me that I was likely taken advantage of during a precarious time in my life and that the cost would far outweigh the benefits. However, today both myself and those associates are extremely impressed with Reliant. I personally went from paying 3,000 a month on back taxes to only 200 a month. Reliant effectively reduced by tax burden by over 100k! I strongly recommend Reliant.

After a divorce at a young age I made some financial mistakes, and not filing my taxes was probably the biggest of them all. After what started out to be just this year, and then the next, it turned into a fear of filing for 10+ years. Needless to say, it finally caught up with me. When the IRS started filing leveys against me I turned to the professionals at Reliance Tax Group. After one phone call with Jason Holliday RTGs senior marketing manager he put my case in the hands of Elisabeth T and Kristen B. two professionals that quickly jumped on my case. With in just a few days of my first call I had confirmation that my accts with the state and the IRS were on there way to a resolution. They kept me well informed on the statis of my case throughout the entire presses, including calling me back on a Saturday to discuss a threatening letter from the IRS that I had received that day. In all the process took about six months and at the end RTG was able to make a settlement for just under 20% of what I initially owed, and for the first time in what feels like my whole life I'm in good standing with uncle Sam and I can finally sleep at night. Thanks RTG And thanks again to Jason, Elisabeth, and Kristen.....Three of my favorite people on earth 😁

Jason Halliday ,Elizabeth Tillotson and the rest of their team at Reliance Tax group was able to save me over three hundred thousand in taxes. They kept me updated every step of the way during the process and they're very patient with me.
