Rover owners, lazy, and greedy

The sitters. the pets and the families that reach out to the sitters are overall awesome! Rover the company itself are lazy greedy people! They do not care about the people nor the pets. They only care about grabbing up the money, money money. They are not respectful they are degrading and do absolutely nothing at all to protect the sitters. They ask for a little to zero information from people reaching out for a sitter. However, the sitters have to go through a background check. Again the sitters and the pet parents are awesome! Rover the company is money hungry, NEVER helpful and will actually even talk down to you! Rover takes 20% from the sitter (to do absolutely nothing except advertise) they take another 10% from the people who hire the sitter. So Rover makes 30% and does nothing but advertise nothing else!!!! Not even the slightest bit helpful with anything! And then they respond saying contact them I’ve contacted them over and over and they never answer my emails or calls!
