Quality of care
My pet sitter Brianna showed her caring, attention to detail, and professionalism by taking time to be thorough, going beyond my expectations (by taking photos, giving the box from a parcel to the cats to explore, and asking articulate questions), and putting my suggestions into actions. All to do the best job possible.
