I contacted Roccatt about an ELO air 7 headset where the bluetooth dongle had ceased to operate. As the headset was out of warranty, I expected to pay for a replacement, however I could not find any fir sale in Europe, so contacted them directly. Within two weeks I had a replacement dongle given free. Fantastic aftef sales care, evidenced by me writing this, as I usually do not bother. Soevial thanks to Sasha who dealt with the issue throughout. Please keep doing what you are doing. I would certainly buy from you again.

The mouse, keyboard, and headset are great for gaming. After a few months, the headset started to cut out and stopped working. They sent me a new USB dongle xmitter/reciever which solved the problem.

Shout out to Jack, who helped me through a mouse replacement. Really a great experience, and as a long time Roccat customer made it even better.

Sehr Freundlicher und Hilfreicher Support. Ersetzt kaputte Sachen ohne zu zögern, d. h. sehr unkompliziert und hat mein Problem behoben. Außerdem wurde eine geplante Lieferzeit von 14 Werktagen mehr als getoppt mit mit 3-4 Werktagen Wartezeit! Eindeutig 5/5 Sterne!!

Had to replace my mouse, good service, easy to do. New mouse work fine. I really like the product, best mouse i have ever used.
