Mostly positive, but add the functions keys (f13-f24) in the software already

Absolutely great service! Fast and effective solution for broken device.

Nice Support

Replacement of the microphone seems to have fixed the problem. Thank you for the prompt response to our issue!

Quick and easy to get a warranty replacement if things aren’t working like they should be.

I had a faulty mouse button, and it was replaced at zero cost in less than a week. For me, that type of support is more important than the product itself.

The support was very fast!

Short call regarding cleaning of keyboard. Got sent spare switches to replace with no warranty left. Thx alot
