I needed a micro-usb cable for a mouse that is no longer on sale and they sent me a new one free of charge. Amazing customer service!

Very easy process and fast. I did wonder what their process would be like for somebody with a usable but defective mouse and no spare to use while waiting for the replacement to come (they have you destroy your defective product before they’ll ship your replacement) . Luckily the replacement arrived within the week

Impeccable service Friendly and helpful and above all quick in answers
