Excellent service. I was sent a new mouse for free under warranty because my last one had a scrolling problem.

Only a few basic questions asked before sending me a new unit. First time I've ever returned anything under these circumstances but glad the experience was made easy. I'll be sticking with them for future purchases as well, great product, great customer service.

Headset Fun I had an issue with a headset i had purchased that was cracking in a way that was a manufacturing defect... they realized it and replaced them with no issues. will get more of their products in the future :)
