How can your company improve? By telling customers your products are made of flexible plastic! They are not sturdy, have no firmness and are clearly a cheap, chinese manufactured garbage! You should be ashamed! I promise to continue posting my comments in every site you advertise in!

This company should clearly state that your purchase is not being delivered from the UK. Infact it is from Singapore. I paid £8 for 1-3 Express delivery! 1-3 days from Singapore? I placed order on 24th May. Checked tracking they are in Mainland China still. Probably being delivered by a Donkey. Do not state 1-3 days delivery if you can fulfil this!

Hi Kevin, Thank you for sharing your feedback. We’re truly sorry that your experience did not meet your expectations, especially after paying for express delivery. To be fully transparent, it is possible that the items you ordered were temporarily out of stock at our local fulfillment center. In that case, to avoid cancelling or delaying your order further, we arranged shipment directly from our factory. We understand this caused confusion and did not match the delivery expectation, and we sincerely apologize for that. Please contact our support team at [email protected] with your order number, and we will assist you with a refund of the shipping fee. Our team will also check your tracking status and make sure you receive proper support until the issue is resolved. We appreciate your patience and take your feedback seriously as we continue improving our stock availability, delivery communication, and customer experience.

Hi Kenneth, We’re sorry to hear about your disappointment. However, we couldn’t identify your order from this review alone, and we’d really like to understand what happened. Could you please contact us with your order number, email address, and a few details about the issue? Our support team will review it carefully and do our best to provide a fair solution. We take all feedback seriously and always want our customers to feel heard and supported. Best regards, Kevin

Sconsigliato. ________________________________________________________________ (English) I recently received an offer from this company for KDEAM sunglasses. The exact same product is available online for around €13, yet they are charging a massive markup. This is unprofessional and lacks transparency. Highly discouraged.
