This service was wonderful. My first impressions were not good, so the resulting retainer did not fit correctly. I only needed to purchase new putty and they re-made my retainer, which is now a perfect fit! I highly recommend them!

Amazing! Super easy process. And my new retainers came with a handwritten note, cute carrying case and even cleaning/whitening paste. Also would like to mention they fit perfect. 100% worth the price. Would recommend.

The impression kit was sent to us immediately, very easy to use and my son got his new retainers less than a week later that fit perfectly at a fraction of the cost of his orthodontist!

Thanks Jen for the great review. When I started Retainers Direct my goal was to design a company that provided orthodontist quality retainers at a fraction of the cost. So glad we were successful
