I bought a clear top retainer from retainers direct and it fits absolutely perfectly! For some reason, I couldn’t get my impression right. It was difficult to see how my front teeth/upper gum area was shaped due to my mistake while making the impression at home. Although this occurred, the retainer’s direct team were willing to work with me by letting me send pictures to them of the impressions and my front teeth. I was surprised the retainer fit so great, even after my not-so-great impression. I spoke with Darren Haltom and he was incredibly helpful. He was willing to email with me back and forth until there was a solution. When my retainer did come, along with my whitening pen (which is working great so far, although I have only used it once) there was a hand written letter signed by Linda. That extra touch made me feel like a very valued customer. This company has great customer service and makes some darn good retainers!

I really liked their service. The shipping was fast. I bought the extra putty and I’m glad I did because I had more chances to get the best impressions I could. My upper impressions were not the best quality so they sent 2 upper retainers to make sure I get the best fit possible, and they fit really well! Overall great service!

A great service and a great product! I was more than a little hesitant about ordering new retainers online. Taking impressions at home and sending them out in the mail, how could that possibly work? But when my lower retainer broke, I wasn't left with much option. I couldn't wait two weeks to get to a dentist appointment, my teeth would have already shifted, they move that fast. Retainers Direct was so quick, it took me longer to get the impressions right than for them to get my new completed retainers to me. Truly the most difficult part of the process was taking my own impressions - it was even harder than I expected, and I wasn't exactly looking forward to it. I have a small mouth to begin with and also tend to salivate a lot, so for the three minutes I am sitting there trying not to drown in my own drool (TMI, I know). I sent in photos to make sure the impressions were ok and got a quick response from Dr. Haltom. It turned out I had to go through the torture again and re-do one of the impressions, but I was grateful to have the chance to TRY correcting them before sending them in. I was already afraid that my teeth were shifting before I could get the impressions done. After all of that, I knew my impressions were still not perfect because I just couldn't do it well myself and didn't have anyone to help me. I was not surprised to get a note along with my new retainers (which arrived within a week of sending the impressions), letting me know there were some issues and that they did their best making adjustments. I was wary that I might have to go through the whole process again if they didn't fit. But, wouldn't you know? They fit perfectly on the first try! I have no doubt owing to the skill of the people making them. Another benefit of these retainers is the clear plastic material. My old retainers were the kind with a gross-looking plate and metal bars coming around in front of the teeth that would sometimes pinch the inside of my cheek at night. These are so smooth and nice, and you can hardly see them when they are in! I couldn't be happier with the whole experience. So if you are like me and on the fence about doing this online, but you need new retainers fast, I say go for it. You can trust Retainers Direct with preserving your smile!

So far I’ve only received my bottom retainers due to issues with the impressions for my uppers. I must say that I’m pleasantly surprised and truly satisfied with the way they fit. They are super comfortable and fit perfectly. The response time and level of professionalism were also top grade. I’m so thankful that I ran across this company.
