Hi A Snider - If you can kindly let us know the name of the restaurant that said this, we would like to reach out to them to speak to them about their participation. Restaurant.com has thousands of participating restaurants nationwide and occasionally, a restaurant will decide to no longer accept without letting us know. We aggressively remove restaurants from our website as soon as we discover these one-off situations. We're sorry for the inconvenience - as restaurants agree to participate. If you're willing to report the restaurant, we'd like to get it off of our site so others won't run into the same issue. Thanks!

Hi Peter, We're sincerely sorry to hear about your experience, however, Waffle House is not on our website. We see that you received your points credited back to your account so you can use them at any other participating restaurant on our site - and your points never expire.

Your unused certificates still hold their full value and can be exchanged anytime on our website. We also recommend checking with the restaurant ahead of time to confirm participation. If you’re looking for more variety, our Dining Discount Pass includes offers from over 100,000 restaurants and nationally recognized brands. Our certificates are accepted at participating restaurants, and while availability can vary by location/zip code, many customers are able to successfully redeem them when checking participation ahead of time. Your points never expire and can be used anytime on our website or app, including splitting them into smaller denominations for more flexibility. Unused certificates can be exchanged at any time, and if local dining options are limited in your zip code, the Dining Discount Pass is another option with access to more than 100,000 national offers. Just exchange your certificate and redeem for the Dining Discount Pass.

You can also redeem your points for the dining discount pass good at over 100,000 establishments nationwide. If you're having trouble with that, please reach out and we'll be happy to help you with it. Hi Tanua, We appreciate you being a longtime customer. As you know we've been offering dining deals for over 25 years. Occasionally, a restaurant will stop accepting our deals. Many times it's because they come under new ownership and aren't aware of the program (this happened a lot during and in the aftermath of the pandemic). We'd like to reach out to any restaurant you've had an issue with and help resolve the situation. Thank you again for being a longtime customer!
