Matt presented so much data and was very easy to understand. No script just the info that the group wanted with out belaboring the stuff we understood. In other words he is in communication with his students and Taylor's to there needs. He keeps your interest and makes everything seem real and doable.

Great information with awesome instructor. Tom Healy was straight forward and provided us with the tools we need going forward. Great group of people. Tom helped me think beyond what I would normally think when looking at properties and how I can find the best deals for me!! I feel a LOT more confident after this weekend. Thank you Tom!
