The team did a really excellent job researching my case and particular situation. Vitamin d not only did they go out of their way to make it right for a difficult customer they went above and beyond to make me feel like part of their family. We had purchased the engraving kit for my son's birthday. My son absolutely loved the engraver, but it stopped working after a day or two. I reached out to the company, and they were incredibly helpful. They responded promptly, we got everything resolved, and they sent my son a new engraving tool. Would happily buy from this company again!

I was super upset about my Customizer Tools dying after a couple uses, but Customer Support was responsive and understanding about the situation! They sent replacements within a week of my email to them and explained to me about the best way to charge the tools to prevent the problem from happening again. Very happy with the service I received and I cannot wait to start engraving! Thanks Resparked!

I didn’t like their AI opening asking for receipts and videos, but I recognize the need for that information. Once a human was involved the experience was great! One of the best customer support experiences I have had.

I ordered the Customizer and it is just WOW!!! I have been using it to make crystal Rune stones with, by etching the runes into Rose Quartz, Obsidian and Tigers Eye. I had to add silver and gold (depending on the stone) paint pen to really make the etching POP. They look great and I love my Customizer and plan to buy another for my son.
