Our resparked pen was used a lot, my daughter likes it so much! Unfortunaly it broke (did not charge anymore). After a couple of quick tests, customer service dediced to replace the product and also send a diy-set along with it. Really nice, friendly and fast support.

I had a great experience with Respaked’s customer service team. They were responsive, professional, and genuinely helpful throughout the entire process. Even though we didn’t end up moving forward with a partnership, they communicated everything clearly and handled the interaction with care and respect. I really appreciated their transparency and customer-focused approach. Overall, a very positive experience and a team I would gladly work with in the future.
