I've ordered several prescription glasses and absolutely think this is the best place to buy frames and lenses. I will always get my glasses this way. Easy, and great CS.

The prices are right, selection is excellent, and they have great customer service. You can contact a real person to ask questions and get help selecting a product. I have bought several items from them over the years, and I have always been happy with them.

replacementlensexpress.com was wonderful. We used them for getting some prescription sunglasses lenses put into frames we provided. Our prescriptions are pretty high, and replacement lens express switched our lenses to a better lens for tinting when we requested the darkest lenses possible. A great experience overall, with super-friendly customer service.

Great customer service. Perfect quality. Great price. 2 pair a year old now when this was written. So this is from memory and satisfaction. They got them both right the first time.

I was going to have my frames shipped from a different online store and have them just put the lenses in for me. The only thing I did was email the store once and they took care of everything and didn't even charge me anything extra. I messed something up on my lenses order and they emailed me about it before going ahead with an obvious mistake. They seem to really pay attention to every order and have excellent customer service.
