I have ordered multiple lenses from RLE and the prescription has been perfect in all cases. I save, on average, 50% of the price if I were to purchase at one of the chain eyeglass stores. I usually try glasses on in stores, get the model number, then research and buy the frames online. Then I send to RLE and get the lenses. Never a problem!

I could not ask for better service or a more reasonable price. I was quoted $395 at my local optical store to do what you did for $91 in less time than they needed. Now I have new, scratch-free polarized prescription lenses in my vintage Ray Ban frames. I'm so happy with the job you did that I am sending another pair for you to fix today.

Great service and great work on my lenses. They came out amazing! Turnaround was fast, they responded quickly whenever I emailed my questions. Can't beat the price!!! Asked them to try to make my lenses thin because I have a high prescription.... they did a perfect job!!!! First time I ever ordered lenses online. Was sceptical.... but not anymore! Would not hesitate to use them again. I recommend them highly!!!!

I sent in my old used frames and prescrip lenses on three occasions for lense replacement. In one case, I ordered a set of progressive polarized poly lenses to be fit into a 1980's era vintage Ray Ban metal frame I had in my draw for 15 years. They came back in perfect shape and the clarity of the progressive lense was spot on. No head titling or looking over or under the center point. More later. Second and third order were lense replacement of my progressive clear daily wear (-3.5 BTW) and a backup pair. Both came back in a timely fashion and the prescription was spot on. The backup pair not worn in years did take some adjusting to find the sweet spot. Fast forward I lost my coveted antique Ray Bans and finally found a new identical replacement frame on Ebay. Guess what ...they are on their way to RLE to swap out the standard sunglass lenses with new progressives. Saving a ton over my local name brand store and the big box stores.

I change my rating because the owner is willing to help me find something that’s available that will work for me. I have come to learn they are undergoing site maintenance so not every lense option is available nor frame brand. So best to email and ask, but they are very friendly and responsive. I trust that they will do a great job given the great customer service and will update after a purchase.

No issues with my lens replacement. The whole thing took around a week and a half from when I dropped it off to when I got it back. I sent in a set of smart glasses in plastic frames and no electronics were damaged thankfully. I was a little concerned about whether they're going to refuse service for hi-tech glasses but it's probably OK as long as the frame material isn't something fancy. One thing I want to nitpick is that there's no automated email containing return tracking, but they'll give it to you if you ask.

This company is amazing. I ordered some lenses to replace the factory lenses I got with my Tag eyeglasses which had cracked. I was suspicious of this place for sure. I ordered some glasses from another company and had a terrible experience. So here's how it went: I ordered my lenses online, found a box to ship my glasses back (including lenses), got an email from them requesting my prescription, 2 weeks later I got the glasses back. Here's where they really impressed: opened the well packaged box, they included my old lenses and you could tell they inspected them because they wrote on them. My new glasses were in bubble wrap and had the invoice in there with a Crizal cleaning cloth and certificate of authenticity. Tried the glasses on and they fit and look amazing. Incredibly high quality and they even replaced the screws with new ones. I can't say enough about how this all went. There are numerous online places to get replacement lenses, go here. I wish they provided you a box to mail your glasses to them though.
