Thank you for your feedback. We're glad to hear the purchase process was easy, but we're sorry the level of detail in the manual didn’t meet your expectations. While our coverage is extensive for most vehicles, there are rare cases where certain models may have limited information. If you haven’t already, please reach out to our support team at [email protected]. We’d be happy to look into this and provide a solution, including a refund if necessary. We appreciate you bringing this to our attention.

Thank you for this detailed feedback. We're very sorry that the manual didn’t provide the step-by-step dashboard removal procedure you needed for your 2016 Impala. While our coverage is thorough for most vehicles, there are rare cases where the information can be lacking for certain models. We understand how frustrating that can be, and we’d appreciate the opportunity to make this right. Please contact our support team if you haven’t already, so we can investigate and issue a refund if needed. Thank you again for bringing this to our attention.

Hello, thank you for this message. We're truly sorry that your experience didn't live up to your expectations. For the purpose of replying to this review, we'd like to provide some more information about what happened. Getting set up with us is normally very fast. When you contacted us, your issue was that the email verification code wasn't being received at your email address. Since then, we've discovered that a certain email provider (the one you use) was wrongly flagging simple things like email verifications as "spam." We're happy to report that they've fixed that issue at this point. Because we didn't know that at the time, we offered you two solutions. We could switch the account to your other email (you were using a different email to contact us, which was part of the confusion in finding your account), and put that email on your account instead. Or if it was important to you that the other email not be used on your account, we could issue a refund. You opted for the latter, and we issued a refund as promised. After reviewing the situation, we believe your issue was handled appropriately by our support team. However, we're sorry that things didn't go as smoothly as they normally do, and we'll be thinking about ways we can handle those situations better in the future. With all of that being said, the issue is resolved at this time. We wish you the best. Please don't hesitate to contact us if we can be of any further assistance!
