I purchased this software when I had an emergency trip across the country (USA). I installed on my server at home, and my laptop from the AirBNB I was staying at. The software worked correctly the first time (I had used it for a client before) and it was fast and reliable. I work for a software company and provide services to Enterprise customers and I can't imagine not having it. A+++

Researched many softwares and this was the most affordable with the capabilities I needed. Got this for a fraction of the cost of others with the same tech. So far so good for my business!

I downloaded the program and called customer support they helped me walk through how to get the best out of the application. They told me to leave it on all the time on the host computer, something I would not have thought of and saved me a great deal of future problems. It has been very successful in connecting to the host from off site.

I've used other companies remote access software and this one is easier to use and less expensive. Gets the job done.

I was looking for something that could easily manage a couple of my VPS machines without having to open a port to RDP. RemotePC came up in the search as being good so I gave it a try. I have found the features are all I want where you can either connect with a client or browser based. Connection speed is good and there is the normal list of other features like file transfer and backup. All in all I am very happy with the product and will use it in my management tool chest. Easy to use and install is a real bonus as well.
