Ordered 3 weeks ago and still haven’t received it. The website said it would be easy to return, if it didn’t work. How is it easy, if all you can find is an email address??? Then after you order, it says it’s coming from China!!

I purchased the shoulder product from Reliefly Lab and I never received it. They took no action on helping me with tracking the item. DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY

I was considering purchasing this product but after reading their return Policy, I will not purchase the product. Obviously i can't rate whether it Works or not but i can say that the return policy Is both impossible and ridiculous. This was taken straight from their website on return Policy. "We have a 90-day return policy, which means you have 90 days after receiving your item to request a refund. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. To start a return, you can contact us at support Company email If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping address, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted." HOW CAN YOU USE IT FOR 90 Days and then return it for a full refund when it clearly States it has to be returned UNUSED?!

This company is so full of it no one response but they sure took payment fast. The tracking number isn’t valid when they told me to call the post office. This companies should be taken down nothing but scammers and thief’s.

5 weeks 89 bucks gone from the order, some liberal has my card number and spent 400 bucks in Vancouver on me. Highly disapprove of these tactics, and I hope their children get leukemia.

After waiting for over 3 weeks I consider that the company is not showing due diligence in regards to my enquiries as to where my order is, It appears that they have either not sent it or lost it.
