They performed their work and were very polite.

My service rep took time to explain everything to me. Seemed very knowledgeable.

My issue is not with the servicemen or the technicians that you have sent to my house to deal with my air conditioner it is the air conditioner itself I’ve had more issues with this less than a few months than I did the entire 15 years with my last air conditioner that’s my problem. Not to mention the smoke that was blown up by my backside about them sending me some compensation for the days that I went without air conditioner during the hottest season of the year this is why I have been hesitant to ride with you.. your technicians are amazing each time they’ve been able to get it back up and running although it’s never lasted very long but now winter is coming no doubt will continue next year. Let’s see what the heater does..

The tech was on time, pleasant and quick to diagnose the problem.

Two service technicians came out to our home one to do our annual maintenance on the furnace and the other to test our water for a purification system. Both nice guys,but both were late. The purification guy rescheduled for 10/2/26, then No Showed us. The HVAC guy serviced our two units on 09/24/26 and did not fully unclog the upstairs unit drainage. The following week the unit stopped working, condensation built up and basically flooded my attic. Thursday evening we came home to water running from the ceiling, water coming from the lights, wet carpet, wet ceiling and insulation. We had a trip switch installed on that unit a few years ago so, I am confused as to why the switch failed and didn't automatically the unit down when water was detected. This situation was an epic fail. But wait for it.... Reliable actually read these reviews, wow! Their customer service called, which totally surprised me. They requested pictures of the damages and agreed to cover all repairs. They even sent out another tech to take care of ordering my water purification system. I am blown away with their customer service.

On time appointment was Awesome.The scheduling appointment was great and available.
