The product worked for me, so I can't complain to much. For the most part the personnel were highly skilled. However, there was some lack of clarity on a few things such as the overall effects of using the necessary knee brace over the 7 week period of use. Issue 2 was the high cost of the brace which also an out of pocket expense.Lastly, when using the unloader for the knee expect quite a bit of muscle atrophy all over.

The procedure was almost painless and a great alternative to knee surgery. The staff is very conscientious and helpful. I would suggest doing the procedure for knees as young as possible because I think the result would be better.

Initial recuperation was challenging and overall improvement was slower than hoped for but results have been very good. 90-95% pain relief and improved mobility.

I wish I started with stem cell instead of the blood platelets.My hip got better for a while. then my knee started hurting and now my hip hurts again. So does the knee mess up the hip or did the hip mess up the knee?

I thought the medical aspects of my experience were excellent. The doctors, assistants, and the medical protocol were all very good I had a couple of complaints though. I don’t feel that I was adequately prepared for the procedure. The prolotherapy, the marrow harvest, the stem cell injection and the PRP injection were all more involved and painful than I anticipated. Ok, maybe I blocked out that info when talking to the patient rep beforehand but I don’t think so. The only other thing I think needs to be improved is the printed post procedure instructions. They should be individualized and clearer. The patient rep called me the night before each procedure, which was nice. She gave lots of support. The results of the procedure were satisfactory to me. I would say my ankle is 50% improved, which is what the doctor expected for me, given the severity of my arthritis.

I’m a big fan of Orthopedic stem cell procedures. Regenexx does a good job informing folks before the procedures.
