I filled out the paperwork and the company took my initial payment. Later the doctor said I did not qualify. This is fine but they DID NOT REFUND MY PAYMENT. How can they just cancel your medication and not automatically refund the money they took?!

Absolutely TERRIBLE Company. I completed all of the required information-Was charged $297.00 and then within 30 minutes was denied. Ok-That is fine, however the $ has not been refunded, and SUDDENLY no emails, voicemails, or texts to the company have been responded to. Funny-I could talk to them when they wanted my money! TOTAL SCAM!

Frustrated! You cannot reach a person when you call. The recording tells you to leave a message. I sent an email and got no response. I spent a lot of money with this company and am stuck without what I paid for.

I had to contact the company 4 or 5 times AFTER they took my payment to get any action toward weight loss management
