My package label was created on 5/31/24 and not received until 6/3/24. The medication requires refrigeration, ice pack was warm to the touch upon arrival and there was only one. At this point I do not feel the medication is safe to administer.

I purchased a 2.5 mg vial of semaglutide for nearly $300 from ReflexMD. The needles were in the delivery box and I kept the entire box in fridge. I took a .5 shot the first week and then a .5 shot the following week. Unfortunately, I accidentally threw the needles out while cleaning the fridge...I had stored the vial in a separate area by this time. I was frustrated and knew that I couldn't get new needles. After two or three weeks trying to figure out what to do, I decided to try med orally: I had spent a lot of money and wanted to make sure I was able to use all. I am a bartender and had a pour spout at home. I placed the spout in top of vial and turned upside down trying to get the remainder of the med. To my dismay, nothing came out of the vial. I was stunned! There should've been another 1.5 mg left in 2.5 vial. I contacted customer service and was told that I had used it all on my first two doses, which I'm halfway decent at math and knew that was wrong. It was not offered, so I decided not to pursue a refund or replacement since I knew it would more than likely be a battle...and it just wasn't worth it. I'm just writing to let people know my personal experience. Hopefully, it doesn't happen to you and you're able to lose the pounds without issue. Take care! (Despite all, customer service was nice, and I will always hope this was just a fluke.)

The product was delivered by UPS very warm like it had come out of a oven. The two cold packs were just as warm and totally thawed out. Probably dangerous,

My order arrived and it was completely warm, warm pack that was ice at some time. Is it still usable?

There was only one bag of ice and it was the vial warm. Should I still use it?

medication was dispatched on Friday and arrived four days later due to the Memorial weekend delay but per FAQ's, pharmacy does not ship on Fridays since FedEx cannot guarantee next-day delivery. During this time, the medication was exposed to uncooled conditions. I am concerned that the medication’s efficacy may have been compromised due to inadequate temperature control.

Every month after I am billed for my prescription, I am supposed to get an e-mail from ReflexMD instructing me to check in and finish my voucher. I have been on this program for over 6 months now, and have NEVER gotten that e-mail. I always have to call Customer Service to get the voucher sent. Very poor customer service/support, and a program that needs to be fixed!!

I didn’t want to give one star but in order to write a bad review you have to. 100°+ degrees in AZ and the package is left in the sun for two days. I don’t know if the product is even usable and there is no response from ReflexMD to my inquiry. Customer service is atrocious.
