There was still ice in the package and it’s been over 105 here this week. It only had to sit outside for about 1 hour. Good instructions, good packaging, good amount of supplies. The only change I would make is to add a couple more alcohol pads and be specific that if you drop one you should throw it away and get a new one. Looking forward to the results!

I was happy to see that the medication was shipped in a container with dry ice, which is imperative because the medication is suppose to be kept cold. I’m very impressed with ReflexMD!

It is hot and humid here, but the materials arrived in an ice packed container. I was gone for a couple of hours, so I was happy to see it was in great condition. The package arrived on the day scheduled. Now time to start the program. Thank you.

My prescription arrived wrapped in ice paks to keep it cool. I was kept in constant contact with FEDEX as to when it was arriving. Instructions included with packaging. I look forward to seeing results.
