Their customer service is wonderful! Super responsive and friendly. Shipping was fast and the medical staff was very attentive with my progress. I would definitely recommend them. Only con is the price. They are a little steep at $500 a month.

Overall it was a positive experience. The physician made the decision to cancel my membership due to symptoms of nausea, vomiting, diarrhea and some abdominal discomfort. On week 4 all symptoms had resolved. I wish she would have waited a week longer before canceling my membership.

I have been consistently losing weight...not as fast as I thought I would. The one thing I noticed most is that I am not hungry most of the time and when I eat I fill up quickly. I have been very tired a lot and at first my stomach was upset. That seems to have gone away. I do have indigestion at times.
