I had a slow start but I’ve lost 12 pounds so far. I have compounding medical issues of hypothyroidism and currently in menopause, making weight lose challenging. My boyfriend started a week earlier is currently down between 25-30lbs. It works!

The experience has been good but I wanted to cancel before my last shipment and wasn’t able to communicate that in time. I am at goal weight or within 5 pounds so I’m just maintaining now and will not need to continue unless I have a prepaid shipment

fedex delayed my second month's box by 48 hours so i was a day late for my shot.

The compounded semaglutide is working wonderfully for my weight loss and my cravings are gone. I will say the ice packs in my most recent shipment were completely melted by the time the box got to my porch. The medication was still slightly cool to the touch, but it would be great if they used thicker insulation during the hot summer months.

When I "finally" talked to a customer service representative my experience was positive, but getting there was not easy. Customer service representative was very positive, friendly and capable. He was the positive 5 star experience I had. Telephone msg needs to be improved. You could not tell if you still were on hold and it auto cancelled the call with no warning.
