Unfortunately, I made a mistake when I signed up with your company so I immediately called the 888#. Rebecca answered and was tremendous! She listened to me and was extremely helpful explaining how payment will be in the future. Rebecca was professional and personal at the same time a tremendous asset to your company.

Refills.com has outstanding customer service. There was a mix-up with my order that resulted in a double charge, but their team resolved the issue immediately and promptly refunded the overcharged amount. I was very impressed with how quickly and professionally they handled the situation.

Refills responded to my email very quickly and I called and was able to speak to representative within a few minutes and gave me thorough answers to the few questions I had. Once approved, my shipment set to deliver in by end of same week!! I am pretty impressed. I do wish they could give price break for loyalty but this is my third 3month order and the product is working great. I have not taken advantage of their nutrition or guidance counseling but I plan on doing that this time.
