Taylor is amazing! Excellent customer service! I was getting my Tirzepatide refilled for the first time. Was able to take a photo of my refill prescription along with my ID and sent it along with my information. It went through right away and was shipped out and delivered in a very timely manner. I will continue to use them for all my refills. Very happy! Definitely recommend!

It was an amazing experience with customer support (Taylor). Will highly recommend! Received my vials today after delays due to holiday. Came with needles and alcohol swabs.

Although the promotional period was during Black Friday and Cyber Monday 2025 and was chaotic to say the least, Refills.com got to my order, and I had my medication at me door by December 4th, which is pretty good. Refills.com has a great price for 3 month, decent BUD, medications were packed good and cold and secure, and I couldn't be happier! Thanks Taylor for a Job well done!

Prompt services through email text and mail. I filled out my order for Tirzepitide on a Sat night. I received an email later that evening from the doctor telling me my medication was prescribed and sent to the pharmacy. I received my order that Wednesday with instructions and also received emails through the online app with all the instructions and who to contact with any additional questions The process was so simple. I haven’t started the medication yet because I am still finishing what I have of my.Zepbound. This company has saved me a ton of money. I was paying $515 a month I have spent almost $3000 and now I will be paying the locked in rate of 189 per month. This place is a true blessing. I could no longer afford those prices and would have to go off of the medication if I did not find this company and the reviews they had were excellent. I did my research with all the other companies and I found this one worked the best for me.
