The product is amazing. High quality and great value for money! The playback picture quality really is stunning for such a small camera. Our 16 year old son started driving recently and when we gave him our old truck, we installed the dashcam. Only a few weeks into his driving life he was rear ended on the freeway. Their insurance company tried to question ours son'r driving until I sent them the clips from the front and rear cameras. They immediately accepted liability, paid for the repairs and the rental car for the 3 weeks it was under repair. Saved us at least $4k!! Their service quality is amazing!! So responsive and happy to help. After another incident while our son's truck got damaged while parked during the school day, I realized we needed the hard wired, parking monitor addition. Their help line was so incredible and helped me order the correct part for the camera and vehicle model we have. Now seriously getting the same set ups for my wife and myself to avoid any potential arguments. Can't recommend them enough!!

Chaque vous que nous demandons un renseignement ou SAV, nous avons une réponse dans l'heure qui suit, réponse pertinente à chaque fois, et chose rare, nous avons un suivi de notre dossier pour savoir si nous avons bien résolu le problème à partir des éléments fournis. Et tout cela dans un excellent français. Ca ne vient pas du bout du monde.
