I attempted to cancel a reservation for the HENDERSONVILLE, NC location due to the RE agent I was driving to see ending up in the ER the day before. The property repeatedly hung up the phone or failed to answer. I had a somewhat rude exchange with the woman I spoke with who eventually cancelled my reservation. I have not stayed at a RedRoof in several years, but will NOT book there ever again.

I stayed at the Red Roof in Winchester Virginia 22602 for over a year. This place is a dump. And I have numerous pictures and videos to show it. I mean in broad daylight Roaches the size of beetles will come out and run away with a piece of candy. The maintenance man is ( they call him that ) is a trash man. And I mean he does trash for 5 to 6 hours a day. No no no it not that much trash. He digs in the trash and piles the stuff all over the property. He has a run down van and camper in the parking lot. The van has been there for over a year. All the crack heads take turns living there. I ask the front desk if the could please move the junk camper to other side of parking lot. The rude and I mean rude as the devil 👿👿 front desk lady , says NO the people only stay there SOMETIMES!!! WHAT!! We went 3 days with no tv ( the last time ). BEFORE THAT WE WENT 6 MONTHE WITH NO TV SOUND!! The laundry room has robbed me numerous times and I put the (MAX PAYMENT IN EVERY TIME) only to be robbed every single time because it isn't gonna dry or wash something. And your will not get your money back. I mean the list is endless. I have numerous videos and pictures of this place. I have been talking to my best friend who is a lawyer and trying to close this place down. It's truly truly a dump. If you stay here beware. You will loose lots and lots of money. I can show you where my Mom and Dad dropped thousands at this place. To only have 2 hours to leave for a window I wouldn't pay for because I did not break. Then MY WIFE,Cwent to work something out anyways and still these fools kick us out. KEEP THOUSANDS AND I MEAN THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS OF ARE STUFF AND STIILL CALL THE POLICE AND LIE AND SAY WE BROKE THE WINDOW WHEN WE DID NOT. NOT TO MENTION I WENT TO COPS MULTIPLE TIMES BEFORE THIS TO ONLY BE TOLD BY SHERIFFES THEY COULD NOT DO ANYTHING CAUSE ITS PRIVATE PROPERTY. BUT THE MANAGER CALLS SOME OF THESE COPS AND HE WILL GET SOME TO PUT CHARGES ON PEOPLE. AND HE IS CLEARLY CLEARLY LIEING AND HE DOESN'T GIVE A CARE. I STAYED IN THIS PLACE FOR OVER A YEAR STRAIGHT AND MY ONLY THINKS OF BEING THERE PAYING EVERY DAY AND STAYING QUIET AND NOT COMPLIANING ABOUT NOTHING TO BE STOLEN OF MY PROPERTY AND KICKED OUT AND TOLD I DID SOMETHING I DIDN'T. I PROMISE YOU IF YOU STAY HERE YOU WILL LOSE. DON'T DON'T SAY NOTHING. STAY ONE NIGHT AND I MEAN ONLY IF YOU ARE REAL REAL POOR DO YOU STAY HERE. ANY PLACE AND I MEAN ANY PLACE IS BETTER THAN THIS. ALL AND I TRIED HELPING THIS PLACE AT LEAST 6 TIMES ASKING FOR JOBS TO ASKING TO HELP. GHEY GOT NO HOUSEKEEPING AND NO MAINTENANCE TO NO FRONT DESK AFTER THE DEVIL LADY WHO IS RETIRED AND NEEDS TO STAY HER MEAN SELF HOME RETIRED.STEALING MONEY BECAUSE SHE IS THE ONLY ONE THAT SPEAKS CLEAR ENGLISH AND ONLY LIES FOR THEM. IF YOU ASK HER ANYTHING ITS YOUR FAULT. ME AND MY MOTHER GOT A INSIDE JOKE. SHE ALWAYS ASK ME IF THE NICE LADY IS WORKING AND WE BUST OUT LAUGHING. NICE AS A RATTLESNAKE!! OLD MISERABLE AND HATES HER JOB AT THAT DESK. BUT NIGHT SHIFT ISN'T GONNA HELP WITH NOTHING. KEEP US IN THE DARK ALL NIGHT TO BE ASK BY MANAGER WHERE HIS THOUSAND DOLLARS WAS FOR A WINDOW THAT THE HEAT BROKE. AND I EVEN CALLED AND PROVED THIS BUT HE REFUSED TO LOOK AT THE PAPER WORK I HAD. HE JUST KEEP SLIPPING ME A 1150 BILL FOR SOMETHING WE DIDN'T DO. TOLD COPS LAST NIGHT I PRAY HE YAKES US TO COURT. WAIT UNTIL THE JUDGE SAYS ALL THESE PICS AND VIDEO I GOT. I MEAN CRAZY THOS PLACE. I CAN GO ON FOR DAYS WITH THE HELL THIS PLACE IS GONNA PUT YOU THROUGH AND NOW I CAN POST THIS AND SEND OUT I WILL WRITE AND POST VIDEO AND PICS AS I PULL ALL MY STUFF OUT. BUT DON'T STAY HERE AND TELL EVERYONE!!! Update, front desk devil lady in my a pinion call my wife next day and says if we can be there in couple hours to get rest of stuff we can have it. WOW!! THANKS!! We only lived in this dump for a year. And might I add wasn't planning on having to leave, since we didn't break nothing and could prove this. Not to mention you guys took thousands from me and most nights never fully hide everything the app says where supposed to have. And never as much as a SORRY!! Much less a free night from these crooks! LISTEN, BEWARE! ITS MUCH MUCH EASIER AND SAFER TO GO TO ANY 5 OTHER PLACES IN AREA. THIS DUMP ISN'T WORTH 25 DOLLARS A NIGHT. THEY GONNA NICKEL AND DIME YOU TO DEATH. ACCUSE YOU OF STEALING AND BREAKING THERE STUFF. WHEN JUST RIDE THROUGH THE PARKING LOT! CHRIST!! YOU CLEANS THIS DUMP. I ASK NUMEROUS TIMES FOR A JOB. THERE RESPONSE, WE AREN'T HIRING OR DON'T NEED ANYONE! WHAT! YOU NEED A HOLE HOTEL CREW. CAUSE THIS PLACE HAS GOT NOBODY AND I MEAN NOBODY TO DO THERE JOB. AND IF ANYTHING GOES OUT WHEN THIS DUDE THEY CALL A MANAGER ISN'T SLEEPING IN ONE OF THE ROOMS. THEN YOU ARE NOT GONNA GET NOTHING! THEY DON'T CALL HIM AFTER HOURS AND THEY DON'T UNDERSTAND WHAT YOUR SAYING. THESE PEOPLE SHOULD NOT BE OPEN AND DO MOT LET THEM TELL YOU THEY SPRAY. I WENT I TOLD THEM I WANT IT EVERYTIME. WIFE AND I ARDDED IT UP AND NO MORE THAN 3 times did

They are a bunch of liars pet friendly my ass there liars one day it's fine to have a dog the next day you got to go even though the man next to us have a big dog he can stay drug dealers everywhere you. Can't go outside without seeing drug deals everyday in this motel homeless everywhere coming up to you everyday wanting money this is one of the biggest trap hotels in augusta don't recommend it anyone

For one the tv don’t work dent in the door the bathroom is to small the phone don’t work The beds are itchy. The beds are dirty the ice bucket is very dirty there’s black stuff on the beds the toilet was dirty. Had a little blood on it!! Don’t feel safe.!!!!! Don’t come here!!!! And my son eyes are red and puffy.!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! phone is broke detached like the phone is broken!!! Pee stain on bed sheets rat shit!!! Can’t go to sleep without itching and people moaning and nasty shit !!!

The hotel room Red Roof Plus Miami was dirty, the carpet damp and mouldy. There was no shuttle; the dispenser in the bathroom was broken and I was told they would fix it after our stay wwas over. The best thingabout this hotel was the location; we stayed here a year ago and it was not decent but alot has changed in a year.

Red roof in Augusta ga. Room had roaches crawling in shower took a video showed rhe rude night manager and she refuse to return my money for that day being I had to go get another room from a different hotel. Argued with me and stated hotel just got sprayed but I can get a different room. Stating they can’t resell room that day do to me getting of work and finding the roach in my shower. Not only that I had to return to get my cash deposit cause the manager quote on quote forgot to give it to me.

The condition of the room was completely unacceptable and uninhabitable. Within minutes of sitting on the bed, we began seeing roaches and noticed significant filth throughout the room. As a precaution, we pulled back the covers to check for bedbugs after seeing the roaches, and we immediately found hairs on the sheets along with visible dirt and debris in the bed. The bedding was clearly not clean. The bathroom door had visible holes in it, the outlet fixtures were coming out of the walls, and there was mold above the doorway entering the room. The overall condition of the property looked nothing like what is advertised online. The photos are misleading, and the hotel felt unsafe and unsanitary. Management is now claiming the bed was “used” and is using that as the reason to refuse a refund. The only reason the bedding was disturbed at all was because we pulled the covers back to inspect for bedbugs after seeing roaches. We did not sleep in the bed, we did not stay in the room, and we checked out within an hour of arrival specifically because the room was unfit for occupancy. Despite the clear condition of the room and the fact that we left immediately, management has refused to refund the first night. It is unacceptable to expect guests to pay for a room that is roach-infested, dirty, and clearly uninhabitable. Because of the refusal to resolve this appropriately, we will be sharing our honest experience and advising friends and family not to stay at this location. This situation could have been resolved easily with basic accountability and customer service. We are extremely disappointed in how this was handled.

Bed full of pubic hair, bathtub too. Called front desk and they said they had "no more sheets"!!?! It's a hotel! I am currently writing this while standing in line for over 1hr in the lobby and still haven't been helped.
