Requested 2 day shipping. Order was under provider review for 2 1/2 days and now it’s being prepared. Looks like it’s being shipped standard.

I went on line to order and said I thought 10mg wasn’t doing the job yet you are sending me 10mg now. Why wasn’t a doctor consulting me before you are sending me 10mg. If this is how you do things I’ll have to go elsewhere

Usually good but this time not so good. They were supposed to ship my order out yesterday but it still hasn’t gone out. To top it off, the provider told me I could switch the method of receiving the meds after we got off the call, but that was not true. No way to overnight the meds or get it in person. I use the meds for both high bp and adhd so let’s hope I don’t get a heart attack from rebound hypertension while I’m waiting who knows how long for these meds.

The first time I used this company for Strattera it was a good experience, but this time trying Guanfacine has been extremely annoying. I scheduled my appointment at 8:15am because I have limited time at work (pest control) and the nature of my job requires me to be quick and efficient in order to complete my route, not only was the doctor late but it wasn't even my actual doctor, it was some random doctor with horrid video and audio quality which I couldn't understand and only could hear every once in awhile. She kept saying "Prozac" even though I don't, have never and will never take "Prozac". I kept telling her this until eventually she stated she would log off and call me... that never happened. After jumping in and out of the lobby my actual doctor joined the call stating that I was in her non compete and she had to get another doctor to see me. (She has great video and audio, as it should be and no it wasn't my signal. I had full 5GLTE coverage and the conversation with the 2nd doc was great), but I would like to have been notified prior to the "non compete" reshuffle. Then I was put on hold to wait for support to find me another doctor, so I sat in the lobby for 15 minutes further waiting on support who finally joined and asked me to reschedule to 2:30pm, which is the rush hour for my job. I lost nearly 40 minutes of my route time at work because of all that crap and to top it off I was never given an ETA for the medicine and it has still yet to ship. All in all a very frustrating experience. The company needs to work on their customer service and communication skills because if this medicine doesn't work I doubt I'll be back for anything else. That said, the doctor I spoke with at 2:30 was very pleasant and polite. Im only giving an extra star from 1 because the first time I used this company everything went relatively smooth, although they still had horrid communication then as well.

Took too long to get the prescription via USPS regular mail. That wouldn’t be so terrible if it were dispatched straight away, but the prescription wasn’t even mailed until 4 days after it was written. C’mon. As another reviewer mentioned, no option to pay for expedited shipping. If you’re able to get yourself to a pharmacy or have someone pick up it up for you, definitely go with the pharmacy option. I went to another provider for a faster service.

Service seems decent, it's over priced, the providers don't know much about shipping or anything, my provider was a woman and she was uncaring and should not be employed in a environment were empathy is expected.

I was really hopeful but I’ve been left disappointed. On the day of my appt, I got an email 3 hours before my scheduled time saying I missed the appointment and would have to start a new visit if I wanted to be seen. I checked my account, thinking maybe somehow I put the wrong time down. But no, it was a system error on their part. So I had to deal with quite a bit of back and forth to get another appointment that day. The appointment itself went fine. The provider was kind and empathetic and said she would prescribe a medication. But now it’s been over 24 hours and I still haven’t had the prescription submitted. I was told a couple hours ago that they would escalate my concern and have the provider submit the prescription. I’m very overwhelmed as this is a time sensitive need. I wrongly assumed this would be a straightforward process. I’m so frustrated and wish I would be sucked it up and found an in person appt.

Upsetting that they require a 20.00 "visit" with a prescribing physician the second time you purchase from them, when they could just allow you to refill. Price is too steep with having to pay that every time.
