CS helped with a problem I had!
I had a problem that all my last purchases are getting 0$ back for no reason. Thankfully after reaching out to the customer service team, they helped me with my problem. Hopefully, it won't happen again.

Thank you for your feedback! The $1.99 is a monthly account maintenance fee that is deducted from any available cashback in your account if your account goes unused for more than a year. Since you made a recent purchase, your account has been reactivated and you will no longer see the deduction. To keep your account active you need to make one purchase per year through RebatesMe. Been with them for a few years now and…
Been with them for a few years now and they offer some of the highest cashback rates. Customer service is very responsive if I ever run into any unexpected issues too.
